Emotional awareness helps us know what we need and want (or don’t want!). Being aware of our emotions can help us talk about feelings more clearly, avoid or resolve conflicts better, and move past difficult feelings more easily.
Each emotion has a purpose and a good reason for being there. In these exercises, we will learn not only how to spot different emotions but also how to partner with them.
